Job Summary

This role is responsible for preparing installation and restoration of fiber to the home (FTTH), including prepping wire, laying temporary cables, flagging or marking them, and burying wires as needed. In-home WiFi analysis with customers is also a key aspect of this position.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Perform assigned preparation of the wire in accordance with established codes, procedures, and industry standards.
  • Provide customer education on streaming services using Amazon Firestick, Roku, or equivalent devices.
  • Complete necessary safety training, adhere to standards, and regulations.
  • Maintain assigned company vehicle in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • E nsure vehicle has proper equipment to complete assigned work (CPE, installation materials, tools, and test equipment).
  • Focus on meeting or exceeding individual and team objectives, as well as key customer success metrics.
  • Interact with customers to educate and negotiate wireless router placement, ensuring satisfaction with work performed and responding to inquiries and follow-ups.
  • Perform other duties as requested by management.
Requirements

A high school diploma or GED is required for this position.

Compensation

The estimated hourly wage for this position is between $20-$20, reflecting the company's commitment to competitive compensation.
