Your Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a technology-related discipline such as Engineering or Computer Science is essential.
  • Extensive experience in Test Data Management (TDM) roles, ideally with over 10 years in the field.
  • Strong ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including Architecture, Quality Assurance, and Systems Analysts.
  • A quick learner with a proven history of leading data-centric projects within large organizations, utilizing agile methodologies.
  • Proficient in developing data management solutions with RDBMS, Oracle, DB2, Cockroach DB, iCEDQ, and Optim.
  • Solid programming skills in Shell Scripting and languages such as Java and Python.
  • Experience in Data API development and familiarity with Mainframe systems is advantageous.

Skills You Bring

  • Experience with trading or financial applications is preferred, with a strong understanding of brokerage systems.
  • Proficient in tools and languages such as SQL, NoSQL, DB2, Oracle, SOAP UI, READY API, Jenkins, GIT Stash, JIRA, and Python.
  • Knowledge in setting up data and test environments.
  • Understanding of synthetic data generation techniques.
  • Ability to support test environments and data requirements for functional and regression testing.
  • Collaborative approach with development and testing teams to address environmental and data challenges.
  • Strong focus on data quality and innovative solutions, with an emphasis on digital modernization.
  • Engagement with clients to ascertain test environment needs and propose comprehensive solutions.
  • Experience in data architecture roles.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes effectively.
  • Capability to quickly become knowledgeable about relevant subject matter and act as a domain expert.
  • A willingness to share knowledge and mentor team members.
