Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description: As an Emergency Department Registered Nurse at Covington Medical Center, you will play a vital role in providing expert nursing care to patients with acute illnesses and injuries. Your specialized training and nursing expertise will be utilized in a collaborative setting, allowing you to make a meaningful impact in the lives of your patients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prioritize and delegate patient care tasks efficiently.
• Deliver patient care aligned with hospital policies and protocols.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to enhance the overall quality of care and patient experience.
• Advocate for holistic and ethical care, promoting patients' autonomy, dignity, and health across diverse backgrounds.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Current Registered Nurse license (RN) in Washington State or multi-state licensure endorsement.
• BLS Certification is crucial.
• ACLS, NALS, PALS, TNCC, or NRP certification is required as per the facility or department's needs.
• One year of experience in an acute care setting is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, or must obtain within five years from the initial date of hire; RNs with 15+ years of service or internal candidates hired before January 1, 2021, are eligible for consideration under specific agreements.
