Opportunity Overview

We offer an exciting opportunity for a Cancer Treatment Technician to join our Radiation Therapy team at Pennsylvania Medicine. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering comprehensive cancer care to our patients.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Treatment Planning and Delivery: Collaborate with medical physicists and radiation oncologists to develop and deliver personalized treatment plans, utilizing advanced technology to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Patient Support and Education: Provide emotional support and education to patients undergoing radiation therapy, addressing their concerns and needs throughout the treatment process.
  • Quality Assurance and Improvement: Participate in quality assurance activities to ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices, driving continuous improvement in our treatment protocols and patient care.
Required Qualifications
  • ARRT certification in Radiation Therapy or equivalent required.
  • Certificate of Completion from a recognized Radiation Therapy Technology Program required.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications, plus a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
