Job Overview

The Client Service Associate is a key member of our team, providing administrative support to our financial advisors. This role is responsible for maintaining the advisor's practice and delivering exceptional results for their clients.

Responsibilities
  • Client Support: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Administrative Support: Assist advisors with daily, monthly, and annual tasks, including client management, account maintenance, and data entry.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with advisors, clients, and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve processes and procedures, implementing changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience in CRM software and other financial industry tools.
