As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work closely with our team to provide a wonderful rehab experience for patients and their families. You will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, working with a variety of diseases and impairments, and collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Must be a graduate of an accredited Therapy program.
  • Must be licensed in the state of the SNF you will be working.
  • Previous rehab SNF experience is preferred.
