Core Responsibilities:

  • Execute regular maintenance and thorough inspections on the fleet, including oil changes, tire servicing, brake adjustments, and other essential repairs.
  • Identify and resolve mechanical issues to guarantee the fleet operates at peak efficiency.
  • Perform comprehensive diagnostic evaluations on vehicles to detect and rectify faults.
  • Keep precise records of all maintenance, repairs, and inspections utilizing computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards by conducting routine safety assessments.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to prioritize and accomplish tasks in a timely manner.
  • Oversee the inventory of spare parts and tools, order necessary components, and maintain cost-effective practices.

Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Fleet Maintenance Specialist or in a comparable position.
  • In-depth understanding of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair methodologies.
  • Proficient in working independently as well as part of a team, with strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
  • Preferred vocational or technical training in automotive technology.

Physical Demands:

  • Capability to lift and transport heavy tools and equipment.
  • Willingness to work in varying weather conditions.
