About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team at UnityPoint Health. As a Radiologic Technologist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our Radiology Department.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as a liaison between the Radiology Department, students, hospital staff, and physicians.
  • Assist in the educational training of Student Radiologic Technologists.
  • Participate in quality assurance processes to ensure the highest standards of patient care.
  • Demonstrate initiative to improve quality and customer service by striving to exceed customer expectations.
  • Balance team and individual responsibilities, objective and open to other's views, gives and welcomes feedback, contributes to positive team goals, puts success of team above own interest.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an AMA-approved School of Radiology Technology.
  • Current ARRT and State of Iowa permit to practice.
  • Maintain ARRT and IDPH CEU requirements.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or obtain certification within three (3) months from date of hire.
