Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Lexus automotive technician and at least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Certifications: Must achieve 8 ASE certifications within the first year of employment.
  • Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
