Procare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Crestwood, Illinois. This full-time position offers 35 hours per week and the opportunity to collaborate with a team of 7 other BCBAs and 35 Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).

Job Overview:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students with autism and significant behavioral needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the team of BCBAs and RBTs to ensure high-quality service delivery and consistency across programs.
  • Provide direct supervision, training, and support to RBTs in implementing behavior intervention plans.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs, making necessary adjustments based on data and observations.
  • Work closely with families to educate and support them in understanding behavioral strategies and goals.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss progress and share insights on best practices.
  • Stay current with research and trends in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and implement evidence-based practices.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Experience working with children with autism and significant behavioral needs preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Commitment to professional development and ongoing learning in ABA practices.
