About the Role:

Audiology Services Company USA LLC is seeking a skilled Audiology Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and helping individuals hear better through life-changing hearing health delivered by the best personalized care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality care and aftercare of dispensing services such as hearing tests, hearing aid fittings, educate and train hearing aid users of best practices.
  • Perform checks on hearing aids and other amplification devices, including troubleshooting, conducting repairs to hearing aids, earmolds, and cleaning of hearing aids.
  • Achieve practice growth with a strong mindset on sales and key business metrics while maintaining ethical practice standards.
  • Local community outreach, including health fairs and developing physician relationships.
  • Counsel patients on the purchase of their hearing aids, devices, and accessories, maintaining a current understanding of third-party payors and various payment methods in accordance with federal and state laws.
  • Support Telehealth initiatives to expand patient care and product portfolio.

Requirements:
  • Must be a licensed audiologist.
  • Must have a strong understanding of hearing health and hearing aid technology.
  • Must be able to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues.
