We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in a Critical Care setting. As a Critical Care Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care and implementing care plans in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to patients in a Critical Care setting
- Implement and monitor patient care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Monitor and record patient condition, communicating with the healthcare team as necessary
- Coordinate patient care with other disciplines to ensure well-coordinated care
- Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning needs
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure required
- Compact RN license or state RN license relevant to travel assignment location required
- Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification required within 6 months of hire date
- BLS Provider certification required within 1 month of hire date
- Diploma from an accredited school of nursing required
- One year of RN experience in an acute care setting required
- One year of recent experience in Critical Care/PCU strongly preferred
