Job Summary

We are currently seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse to join our fast-growing Home Health Division in Rutherford, Arrington/Maury County area. As a key member of our team, you will provide visits as assigned by the Clinical Services Manager, including assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation phases of the nursing process.

Responsibilities
  • Provide visits to assess patient needs and update the plan of care
  • Initiate communication with the attending physician, interdisciplinary team, and other agencies for coordinated optimal care
  • Perform therapeutic, preventative, and rehabilitative nursing procedures as directed by the attending physician
  • Maintain accurate patient records, charts, progress notes, reports, and prepare care plans timely
Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you must have:

  • A valid registered nurse license in the state
  • At least one year of clinical practical nursing experience, preferably in intensive care, rehabilitation, or medical surgical nursing (preferred)
  • Home health experience preferred
  • Possess and maintain valid CPR certification
