We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavioral Therapist to join our team at NeurAbilities Healthcare. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children with autism and other neurodevelopmental disabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy strategies to help children develop independent living, social, and communication skills.
- Work one-to-one with clients in a variety of settings, including clinics, homes, and schools.
- Travel to client locations, including schools, daycare centers, and private homes.
- Collaborate with families and treatment team members to provide effective treatment and support.
- Document client progress and maintain accurate records.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Registered Behavior Technician Certification.
- At least six months of experience working with children and adolescents with autism and other developmental disabilities.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team environment.
- Ability to remain patient and calm when encountering challenging behaviors.
- Competitive hourly rate of $22-$25.
- Mileage reimbursement.
