**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled Lawn Care Specialist to join our team at Fairway Lawns in Hartselle, AL. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest quality lawn care services.

**Salary:** $680 per week, plus commission, with opportunities for salary increases based on experience.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and resolve turf, weed, and shrub problems to beautify customers' properties.
  • Provide unmatched customer service by professionally communicating with customers about their service.
  • Maintain company vehicles, including cleanliness and routine maintenance.
  • Use environmentally responsible lawn care products and follow proper application guidelines.

**Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Background in lawn care/landscaping or golf course maintenance preferred but not required.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds, with or without accommodation.
