Dialysis Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dialysis Nurse to join our team at Waterford Dialysis. As a Dialysis Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our dialysis unit.

• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including vital signs and vascular access evaluation
• Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination
• Provide education and support to patients and their families on dialysis treatment and self-care
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
• Valid and unencumbered license to practice as a registered nurse in the State
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Minimum of 1 year nursing experience, preferably in dialysis
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
