Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Speech Language Pathologist to work in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) / Long Term Care (LTC) setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in speech-language pathology and be able to provide high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess and treat patients with communication and swallowing disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

Requirements:
  • 1 year of recent experience as a Speech Language Pathologist in a SNF / LTC setting
