Healthcare Provider Enrollment and Credentialing Specialist

The Enrollment and Credentialing Specialist and Business Office Associate will be responsible for duties associated with provider enrollments and credentialing at Hazen Memorial Hospital Association. This role will also serve as relief and backup support for the patient services associates at the main and ER reception desks, as well as provide backup for medical records.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain the confidentiality of all patient, resident, and facility information at all times, both while on and off duty.
Perform duties associated with provider enrollments and credentialing, including responding to requests for enrollment documentation and answering questions in a professional manner.
Provide relief and backup support for the patient services associates at the main and ER reception desks, as well as provide backup for medical records.
Requirements:
Previous knowledge or experience with healthcare provider credentialing, enrollments, or billing is desired.
Must maintain confidentiality of all information and company documents, speak clearly and concisely, and have excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with good decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving skills, as well as high attention to detail.
Ability to adhere to strict deadlines, performance standards, and quality measures, with computer proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and data management systems.
