About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Domino's Franchise. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our team members are trained and equipped to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and train a team of employees to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food production.
• Oversee the opening and closing procedures of the store, including inventory management and cash handling.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other store leaders to achieve business objectives and promote a positive work environment.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the food service industry.
