About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Parking Attendant at Chartway Arena. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and Assist Guests: Greet arriving and departing guests in a friendly and courteous manner, providing clear directions and assistance as needed.
  • Parking Area Management: Set up assigned parking areas as directed by your supervisor, ensuring that all areas are well-maintained and organized.
  • Traffic Control: Direct vehicles into and out of parking areas, controlling traffic at entrances and exits as needed to ensure a safe and efficient flow of traffic.
  • Customer Verification: Verify that customers have the proper parking pass for VIP parking areas, ensuring that all guests are aware of and comply with parking regulations.
  • Shift Management: Perform vehicle counts on location throughout your shift to ensure that the garage does not overfill available spaces, and report any incidents or safety concerns to your supervisor immediately.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience: Prior customer service experience is preferred, but not required. You must have a positive and professional attitude, and possess outstanding communication skills.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: You must be able to work autonomously as well as in a team setting, and be able to adapt to changing and high-pressure situations.
  • Physical Demands: You must be able to stand for long periods of time and work in various weather conditions.
  • Qualifications: A valid driver's license and the ability to pass a background check are required.

We offer a competitive hourly wage of $18.00, as well as benefits for part-time employees, including a 401(k) savings plan and 401(k) matching.
