We are seeking an experienced or new graduate Perfusionist to join our team in Olympia, WA.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team of four Perfusionists supporting three talented surgeons. Our team performs around 360 cases annually and rotates call equally. The caseload includes CABGs, Valves, and Aortic work, with no ECMO. Each Perfusionist has a case load of approximately 120 cases annually.

What We Offer- A competitive salary range of $108,800 - $243,000 per year

To be successful in this role, you must be a graduate of an accredited Perfusion training program and certified by the American Board of Cardiovascular Perfusion (ABCP) or meet other Company requirements as a perfusionist. You must also be able to work on call and live within 30 minutes from the hospital.
CompetenciesWe are looking for a Perfusionist who is focused on clinical quality and delivering the absolute best results for patients. You must be able to adapt and thrive in a high-stress environment and have excellent communication skills and basic computer skills. You must also be a proven self-starter who works well independently and as a part of the OR team.
