Key Responsibilities

  • Provide respiratory care to patients undergoing surgery, including intubation, ventilation, and oxygen therapy
  • Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Conduct pre-operative assessments and develop individualized respiratory care plans
  • Monitor and maintain equipment, including ventilators and oxygen therapy devices
  • Participate in on-call rotations, providing 24/7 coverage for our patients

Requirements

  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice
  • Current certification as a Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to live within 30 minutes of the facility
