Job Title: Pediatrician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pediatrician to join our team at Adelante Healthcare. As a Pediatrician, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive primary health care services to children and adolescents, including routine check-ups, vaccinations, and treatment of illnesses and injuries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care to children and adolescents, including routine check-ups, vaccinations, and treatment of illnesses and injuries.
  • Conduct thorough physical examinations and take medical histories to diagnose and treat a wide range of health conditions.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordinate referrals as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices in pediatric care.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited medical school program.
  • Completion of an accredited United States Pediatric Residency program.
  • Board certified or board eligible.
  • Valid Arizona medical license.
  • Valid DEA certificate.
  • Current BLS.
  • Demonstrated understanding of clinical methods and techniques.
  • Ability to meet and deal effectively with clients, associates, and the general public.
  • Basic business English, spelling, and punctuation skills.
  • Basic computer efficiency.
  • Valid AZ drivers license.
  • Commitment to the Adelante Healthcare mission, vision, and values.
  • Competency in dealing with people of various cultures and social status.
  • Certification to perform cardiopulmonary Resuscitation for the Health Care Professional (CPR) and AED through courses that follow the guidelines from the American Heart Association and Red Cross (cognitive and skills evaluations).
  • Valid Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card issued by the Arizona Department of Public Safety for all specialty behavioral health locations.
