Acute Inpatient Dialysis Healthcare Professional

In this rewarding role as an Inpatient Dialysis Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced hospital setting. As a vital member of our Fresenius Medical Care North America team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent assessment and critical thinking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary healthcare team to provide comprehensive care to patients requiring hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, continuous renal replacement therapies, ultrafiltration, and Apheresis services.
We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $115,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. In addition to a generous compensation package, we also offer a comprehensive benefits program, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

Responsibilities:
* Provide direct patient care in accordance with company policies and procedures
* Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
* Conduct thorough assessments and monitor patient responses to treatment
* Administer medications and perform dialysis treatments as prescribed by physicians
* Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions
* Participate in ongoing education and training programs to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments
Requirements:
* RN licensure in the state of practice
* Minimum 1 year of experience in nephrology nursing
* Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
