The Waters of Rockport is seeking a Transportation Aide (CNA Required)
POSITION OVERVIEW: The Transportation Aide will be entrusted with ensuring the safe transit of residents. This role is critical in maintaining compliance with current federal and state regulations, as well as adhering to established company policies and procedures.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor at all times.
- Arrive for scheduled shifts punctually and participate in all required meetings.
- Assist in transporting residents and staff to designated locations and appointments as needed, coordinating with the facility's bus/van driver.
- Collaborate with the social worker or designated personnel to manage outside appointments and ensure proper supervision of residents when family members are unavailable.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- CNA certification is required in Indiana.
