About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Mechanic to join our team in Jacksonville, FL. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on our conveyor system, robotics, and related equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and replace conveyor belts, gearboxes, and motor controls
  • Test, install, repair, and calibrate equipment, including sorters, conveyor systems, lifts, and box sizers
  • Perform Total Preventative Maintenance (TPM) and breakdown analysis
  • Conduct electromechanical, robotics, and mechanical troubleshooting
  • Assist the maintenance team as needed
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Experience maintaining FC/DC machinery and conveyance
  • Excellent mechanical and electrical abilities (up to 480V)
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, or crouch for the entirety of the shift
