Parts Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Parts Specialist to join our team at O'Reilly Automotive Stores.
The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, assist customers in selecting merchandise, and support store management in achieving assigned tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow company customer service programs
- Promptly greet customers and assist with their selection of merchandise
- Assist managers and installer service specialists as needed
- Complete assigned company training
- Provide excellent service to customers over the phone
- Maintain and secure the cash drawer
- Process exchanges and returns
- Address and resolve customer complaints
- Perform daily operational tasks
- Operate brake lathe and other store test equipment
- Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle
Requirements:
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding customer service
- Must be able to multitask
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with automotive parts, cataloging, and weatherly index system
- ASE certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
