The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of financial planning, investment management, insurance, and estate planning. You will also be responsible for developing a high-quality financial planning practice, enhancing and preserving relationships with key partners, and proactively engaging clients and prospects to promote Citizens' financial planning capabilities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop a comprehensive financial plan for clients, incorporating financial planning, investment management, and risk management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, centers of influence, and business partners to identify new business opportunities and enhance existing relationships.
  • Utilize internal stakeholders and specialists to deliver a range of services, including financial planning, investment management, insurance, and estate planning.

**Requirements:**

  • Series 7, 63, 65 (or 66) active and valid.
  • A valid, active Insurance Life/Health/Variable license is required or must be obtained within 60 days of starting the role.
  • A minimum of 2 years in a Financial Advisor role or equivalent experience in financial services.

**Compensation:** This commissioned-based role has historically earned between $105,000 and $250,000 per year based on performance and productivity against commission plan parameters. Additionally, you will have access to a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan.
