Job Description:

As an Outpatient Therapy Expert, you will design and implement personalized treatment plans for patients, addressing their unique challenges and objectives.

You will work closely with patients, nursing staff, and family members to ensure seamless transitions between therapy sessions, monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
  • Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license in the state where services are rendered
  • Current CPR certification
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
