JOB SUMMARY:
As a Production Associate at CBQ, LLC, you will be responsible for preparing and packaging fresh and frozen meat products for distribution, while fostering a safety-oriented environment that benefits both the company and its employees.
MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES - Production Associate:
- Pack fresh and frozen meat products.
- Work in cold temperatures (40°F).
- Stand for 8-9 hours per day.
- Lift up to 50 lbs.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Work overtime and weekends as necessary.
- Follow work instructions effectively.
- Assist in changeovers as needed.
- Ensure compliance with specifications.
- Read and understand written instructions.
- Perform frequent lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Complete a pre-employment physical, drug screen, and background check.
- Load and unload items from machines, carts, and dollies.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by adhering to procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
- Contribute to team efforts by achieving results as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
