Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment, including mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
  • Identify and troubleshoot equipment issues, and implement corrective actions to prevent downtime.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production operations and meet quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of plant equipment and systems, including blueprints and technical documentation.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in maintenance and repair.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in maintenance and repair, with a focus on mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Associate's degree in maintenance technology or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with CMMS maintenance systems and predictive maintenance techniques.
  • Knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems, including troubleshooting and repair.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, including blueprints and schematics.
Physical Demands

This role requires frequent standing, walking, and lifting, as well as the ability to work at heights and in confined spaces. The employee must be able to lift and move items up to 50 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment with frequent deadlines.
