Salary and Benefits
We are offering an initial total compensation package of $80,000 for this exciting opportunity. Job Description
This role requires an enthusiastic and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is eager to expand their professional horizons. Responsibilities include developing individual goals and objectives for clients, creating written guidelines for behavioral interventions, providing training in applied behavior analysis to families and staff, analyzing data collected to determine teaching program effectiveness, supervising behavior therapists, and attending IEP meetings to coordinate care plans with other service providers.

Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will hold a Master's Degree or PhD in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field, be certified as a BCBA, and possess a valid driver's license with access to reliable transportation. Experience in applied settings developing and implementing behavioral interventions and teaching programs is also required.
