Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Chief Engineer to join our team at Hilton Grand Vacations. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the installation and repair of all electrical, mechanical, and architectural systems throughout the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the installation and repair of electrical, mechanical, and architectural systems
  • Assist the Chief Engineer in administering programs involving electrical, mechanical, general construction, and repair and maintenance of existing facilities and equipment
  • Assign and verify completion of routine maintenance and operation of all mechanical, electrical, H.V.A.C systems, and any other related equipment
  • Communicate effectively with city officials to ensure proper maintenance of permits and licenses
  • Coordinate inspections of all elevators and escalators with the proper regulating agency

Requirements:

  • High school graduate or GED equivalent
  • Valid Driver's License
  • 3+ years related experience
  • 4+ years supervisory experience
