About the Role

The IT Cloud Engineer/Architect is a critical member of our team, responsible for the deployment, administration, and monitoring of Microsoft Azure, Power Automate, Teams/SharePoint, and all other Office 365 services.

This individual must have strong problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as a keen sense of curiosity. They will work closely with users at all levels to develop technical architecture and designs for scalable enterprise SharePoint Online solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, develop, design, deploy, and monitor all Flowers' Azure infrastructure services, environments, and automation services.
  • Monitor, maintain, and support Office 365 issues, storages, licenses, and administrative tasks.
  • Support and monitor all Flowers Power Automate services for performance, resource availability, and cost.
  • Work with users to develop technical architecture and designs for scalable enterprise SharePoint Online solutions.
  • Validate domains, guest accounts, and external sharing links for sites and services.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in technical functions, including PowerShell and Microsoft Office 365.
  • 1+ years of Fin Ops experience.
  • Experience with end-user training program development.
  • Domain and DNS management experience.
  • Strong understanding of networking principles.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred. Microsoft certifications, including Azure Fundamentals & Administration.
