Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at BioSpace, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing equipment maintenance strategies, providing front-line support to production processes, and collaborating with area engineering initiatives to drive process improvements and project implementation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement equipment maintenance strategies to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime
  • Provide front-line support to production processes, including troubleshooting and resolving equipment-related issues
  • Collaborate with area engineering initiatives to drive process improvements and project implementation
  • Develop expertise in production processes, verification requirements, and equipment control system technologies
  • Ensure equipment is maintained in a qualified state, can be operated safely, and maintenance is properly performed on the systems
Requirements
  • Associate's degree (or high school degree with equivalent work experience)
  • Previous experience directly supporting highly automated manufacturing
  • Experience in GMP manufacturing environment
  • Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States

  • Demonstrated team contributor
  • Demonstrated ability to work safely
  • Strong equipment/process troubleshooting, documenting, and reporting skills
  • Ability to understand automation, controls, and electrical schematics
  • Ability to effectively communicate (written and verbal)
