Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician, ensuring the well-being and safety of patients.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients, identifying their needs and developing effective care plans.
  • Administer medications and monitor patients for adverse reactions, ensuring accurate and timely treatment.
  • Educate patients and their families about disease treatment plans, self-care, and follow-up care, promoting holistic health and well-being.
Requirements
  • BLS Provider certification obtained within 1 month of hire date required.
  • Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse credentialed from the Florida Board of Nursing required.
  • High School diploma equivalency or 1 year of applicable cumulative job-specific experience required.
