About the Role:

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a skilled Aerospace Assembly Technician to join our team in the Missile Solutions Sector.

The successful candidate will work with moderate supervision, following formal written procedures and detailed verbal instructions to assemble and test complex aerospace systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble and test aerospace systems, components, and subassemblies
• Follow established procedures and guidelines to ensure quality and safety
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience in aerospace manufacturing or a related field
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control procedures
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
