Job OverviewWe're looking for a highly motivated Shift Lead to join our team. As a Shift Lead, you'll be responsible for ensuring excellent guest service, team development, high quality foods, food safety, store cleanliness, and maximum profitability.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Service: Provide exceptional guest service by being attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly.
- Team Development: Train and develop your team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Food Quality and Safety: Maintain the highest standards of food quality and safety in the kitchen and on the floor.
- Store Cleanliness: Ensure that the restaurant is clean and well-maintained at all times.
- Profitability: Maximize profits by controlling costs, managing inventory, and increasing sales.
- Experience: 2+ years of restaurant supervisory experience.
- Skills: Excellent guest service skills, strong leadership skills, ability to develop future leaders, previous restaurant/retail management experience in a fast-paced environment, decision-making skills, knowledge of POS systems, Microsoft Office, and 3rd party delivery platforms.
