About the Role
  • This is a hybrid position, requiring 2-3 days of in-office work per week at the family's residence, with the remaining days worked remotely.
  • Travel to additional locations, including major US cities, will be required on an as-needed basis.
Key ResponsibilitiesHome Management
  • Manage household staff and vendors, coordinate deliveries and services, and oversee home maintenance.
  • Make in-person visits to major US cities and other locations as needed.
Personal Management
  • Coordinate personal appointments and tasks for family members, including children.
Travel Management
  • Book and manage travel for family members, maintaining accurate records and information.
Administrative Support
  • Prepare regular reports and maintain databases and records.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a related role.
  • Superior organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to anticipate and meet the family's needs.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with high level of integrity and discretion.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Advanced typing, record-keeping, and organizational skills.
  • Working knowledge of computers, printers, copiers, and scanners.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
