Preferred Qualifications

  1. Experience in AI, technology, or compliance strategy;
  2. Ability to function independently as well as collaboratively within a cross-functional team;
  3. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills;
  4. Practical business judgment;
  5. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Minimum Requirements

  1. 5+ years of legal experience;
  2. Juris Doctor degree and membership in a state bar or equivalent;
  3. A blend of corporate law firm and in-house experience.

Our compensation reflects the labor market across various U.S. regions. The base salary for this role ranges from $138,500 to $229,000, depending on geographic location and other job-related factors. Amazon offers a comprehensive compensation package that may include equity, sign-on bonuses, and a wide array of medical, financial, and other benefits.
