Job Title: Ultrasound Technologist

Samba Care is seeking a skilled Ultrasound Technologist to join our team for a travel assignment in Jackson, Tennessee.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Ultrasound Technologist to work with our team. As an Ultrasound Technologist, you will be responsible for performing ultrasound procedures, interpreting images, and providing support to patients and physicians.

Responsibilities:
  • Explaining ultrasound procedures to patients and answering their questions
  • Preparing patients for ultrasound procedures and ensuring their comfort and safety
  • Operating ultrasound equipment and adjusting settings as needed
  • Interpreting ultrasound images and presenting findings to physicians
  • Maintaining accurate patient records and medical notes
  • Assisting radiologists with vascular ultrasound procedures and ultrasound-guided biopsies
Requirements:
  • Current certification as an Ultrasound Technologist
  • Experience working with ultrasound equipment and interpreting images
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
