Job Responsibilities

As a Behavior Analyst on the Behavior Analytic Fieldwork Pathway, you'll:

  1. Foster an environment that encourages skill acquisition, functional communication, and school readiness for children
  2. Learn directly from BCBAs to provide transformative therapy and ensure consistent implementation of behavior plans and instructional materials
  3. Participate in clinical mentorship with BCBAs to promote treatment outcomes
  4. Collect and analyze data using various effective methods, completing daily progress notes to monitor outcomes
  5. Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities provided by clinical leadership to continuously improve your skills and knowledge
Required Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's Degree with a concentration in behavior analysis, psychology, education, early childhood, or a related field
  • Proof of enrollment in an accredited graduate-level behavior analytic program
  • A minimum GPA of 3.0
