Soliant is seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide speech and language services to support students' academic and social success in a school-based setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students' speech and language abilities and identify areas of need.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's goals and needs.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students, focusing on speech articulation, language development, social communication, and fluency.
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and parents to create supportive learning environments.
  • Monitor and document student progress, modifying treatment strategies as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of goals and objectives for students with speech and language disorders.
  • Educate families and caregivers on strategies to support their child's communication development at home and in school.
  • Stay current with best practices and participate in ongoing professional development.
Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Valid Michigan state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
  • ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred, but not required for new graduates.
  • Experience in a school setting is preferred but not mandatory; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
