Position Title:
Distribution Terminal Supervisor

Position Overview:
This is a pivotal leadership position at CF, responsible for overseeing the operations of a liquid fertilizer storage facility. The role encompasses ensuring safety, optimizing efficiency, managing budgets, and adhering to regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the facility with an emphasis on safety and reliability
• Coordinate efficient and timely shipments of products
• Manage maintenance activities and emergency response protocols
• Supervise facility staff and facilitate training programs
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and maintain accurate documentation
• Manage inventory levels and resolve operational issues

Safety Duties:

• Ensure all safety protocols are strictly followed at the facility
• Monitor and maintain safety equipment and procedures
• Provide training in first aid and hazardous materials handling
• Engage in safety drills and training sessions

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Experience with ammonia storage and maintenance operations
• Familiarity with compressors and pumps
• Proven management experience
• Strong communication skills

Physical Demands:

• Capability to lift heavy equipment
• Ability to climb ladders and work in confined spaces
• Willingness to stand for extended periods and wear necessary protective gear
• Adaptability to varying weather conditions
