Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support: Provide general IT support to clients, including troubleshooting and maintenance, to ensure efficient resolution of technical issues.
  • Break-Fix Tasks: Perform hardware repair and installation (IMAC) calls, and efficiently route and manage a dynamic schedule to adapt to changing priorities and locations.
  • Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their technical needs and provide timely solutions.
  • Technical Expertise: Possess hands-on hardware repair experience, with a focus on break-fix solutions, and familiarity with ticketing systems for tracking and managing technical support requests.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Technical Skills: Troubleshooting, ticketing, break-fix, IMAC, and experience with laser printer break-fix and equipment installs.
  • Education and Certifications: A+ certification is beneficial, but not required. Lexmark certification and experience preferred, though not necessary.
  • Driving and Location: Extensive driving required, with potential for longer distances. Mileage is compensated.
