Job Overview

Ladgov Corporation is seeking a highly skilled IT Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow and be able to design and implement complex workflows, develop reports and dashboards, and perform operational support for system defects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement solution workflows within ServiceNow
  • Develop reports and dashboards to support business needs
  • Document work through Knowledge Articles
  • Perform operational support for system defects
  • Perform basic system administration duties with ServiceNow
  • Work with stakeholders to gather requirements
  • Provide training to end users
  • Participate in peer code reviews
  • Address configuration changes to the ServiceNow platform
  • Extend existing OOB ServiceNow modules to address enhancements requests
  • Coordinate testing activities using the ServiceNow Test Administration Suite
  • Triage incoming ServiceNow support issues

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years' experience working with the ServiceNow Platform
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow's core application modules
  • Understanding of relational database concepts
  • Competency in modern software development methodologies using JavaScript
  • ServiceNow Administration Certified highly desirable
