The secret to our success lies in our vertically integrated and IoT-based wireless solution, which seamlessly integrates hardware and software to control and optimize existing HVAC equipment and systems. Our cloud continuously analyzes building data and projections every 60 seconds, making precision adjustments as needed. Each customer site receives approximately 150,000 individual decisions daily to ensure optimal comfort, indoor air quality, and energy and cost savings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert support for application and product selection
  • Create detailed control submittals and wiring schematics
  • Develop quotes and estimates for products and solutions
  • Assist with technical sales and provide product expertise
  • Troubleshoot equipment controllers and advanced sequences of operations, and offer remote start-up assistance for new customers
  • Conduct new product testing and implementation
  • Analyze problems, develop solutions, and make recommendations
  • Maintain technical proficiency through ongoing training and professional development
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in Commercial Building Automation Systems (BAS)
  • Intermediate level knowledge of AutoCAD
  • Niagara N4 certification
  • Proficiency in Tridium Wire Sheet programming is essential
  • Experience designing, integrating, and troubleshooting systems with BACnet MS/TP and Modbus RTU protocols
  • Ability to read and interpret Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing blueprints, specifications
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
