Job Summary

This position is responsible for providing administrative support to the Culinary Services department at Sonoma State University. The successful candidate will work closely with the Director of Culinary Services to develop, implement, and evaluate departmental policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Culinary Services department, including research, data compilation, and report preparation.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of departmental projects and goals.
  • Interact with various stakeholders, including university staff, faculty, and external partners.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, and ensure compliance with university policies and procedures.
Requirements

This position requires a bachelor's degree and/or equivalent training and administrative work experience. Intermediate proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office Suite is required. Knowledge of Google Suite, inventory management systems, and other relevant software is preferred.

Benefits

This is a full-time, exempt position with a salary range of $4,598 to $4,778 per month. The position is eligible for a range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, retirement, tuition waiver, vacation, and sick leave.
