Adult Inpatient Clinical Nursing Director

As an Adult Inpatient Clinical Nurse Coordinator - RN, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional care and coordination of all functions in the unit/department during your designated shift.
About the RoleThis is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a Registered Nurse with a strong commitment to patient care and team collaboration. As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC), you will assist with admission and discharge processes, participate in quality assessment initiatives, collaborate with subject matter experts, and support employee engagement and development.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high-quality patient-centered care.
- Participate in ongoing assessment of the quality of patient care services provided in the unit, in collaboration with other members of the management team.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and other managers to create an environment of teamwork that supports improved outcomes and service.
- Support a patient-first philosophy and engage in service recovery when necessary.
- Support the efforts of the facility to improve engagement by operationalizing current nursing strategies, including employee rounding, hourly rounds, and other initiatives.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
- Nonviolent Crisis Intervention must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
- Registered Nurse degree required.
Dominion Hospital offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, and education assistance.
