Compensation and BenefitsThe estimated salary range for this position is $237,361 to $331,688. In addition to your compensation, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health, vision, and dental insurance, as well as opportunities for professional development and growth within our network of physician-led care delivery organizations.
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Primary Care Physician to join our team in Torrance, CA. As a member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with other healthcare providers and support staff to deliver exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide primary care services to patients, focusing on prevention, early intervention, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs and goals of each patient.
- Collaborate with colleagues and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
- A Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic (D.O.) degree.
- Board certification or eligibility in Family or Internal Medicine.
- An active, unrestricted medical license in CA or the ability to obtain prior to employment.
- A valid DEA license or the ability to obtain prior to employment.
